The hotel provided a mixed experience. The rooms, although initially a bit dirty and small, were eventually comfortable and well-appointed. However, issues with cleanliness and room temperature persisted along with TV malfunctions. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The location, while convenient for family events and quiet, was a bit far from the city center. The dining options were limited and pricing seemed high for the quality. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable with a big TV that made watching from bed enjoyable. However, they were a little drafty during the cold winter season. The service was attentive and responsive, up to the standard I expect from Marriott. The location was convenient for visiting downtown Portland, though a bit far out. The dining options were ok but not exceptional. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
